- Account data: name, email, and profile details you provide when you sign up or update your account.
- Booking & payment context: trip dates, guest counts, messages related to a listing, and transaction metadata needed to complete a booking. Payment card data is handled by our payment partners TRVBLE does not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Device & usage: basic technical information such as browser type, approximate region (when needed for fraud prevention), and product analytics so we can improve search and checkout.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account and authenticate sessions.
- To facilitate bookings, messaging between travelers and providers, and customer support.
- To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our policies.
- To send service-related emails (bookings, receipts, security notices). Marketing emails, when used, will include an unsubscribe option.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us run the product (for example: hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
Retention & deletion
We keep information as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can request account deletion; some records may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form or where the law requires retention.

You can update profile information in your account settings. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact us at the address on our Contact page. If you are in a region with specific privacy rights, we will respond in line with applicable law.
Children
TRVBLE is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy and will adjust the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes may be communicated by email or an in-product notice.
