These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TRVBLE websites, apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age requirements. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Accounts
You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service beyond permitted API or integration use.
- Do not circumvent booking or payment flows to avoid fees owed under marketplace rules.
- Do not post misleading, discriminatory, or unsafe listing content.
Marketplace role
TRVBLE provides a platform that connects travelers and providers. Unless expressly stated for a specific offering, TRVBLE is not the organizer or insurer of the underlying trip or experience—providers are responsible for delivering what they list, subject to our Terms and Conditions and applicable policies.
Intellectual property
The Service, including branding, design, and software, is owned by TRVBLE and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in line with these Terms. Content you upload remains yours; you grant TRVBLE a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the marketplace.
Disclaimer & limitation
The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. See also the limitation sections in our Terms and Conditions for booking-related liability caps where applicable.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the platform.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws specified in our Terms and Conditions for disputes arising from bookings; otherwise, the laws of the jurisdiction in which TRVBLE operates will apply, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
