Parties
When you book an experience or stay through TRVBLE, the agreement for the underlying trip is between you (the traveler) and the provider, with TRVBLE acting as the marketplace and payment facilitator unless otherwise stated on the listing.
Offers & pricing
Listings must describe what is included, any exclusions, and cancellation rules. Prices shown on TRVBLE are set by providers subject to platform fees and taxes displayed at checkout. We may correct obvious errors where a price is demonstrably incorrect and the booking has not yet been confirmed.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds (or when the product flow explicitly marks the booking as confirmed) and the provider accepts it according to their availability rules. You will receive confirmation details by email or in your account.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation windows, fees, and change rules depend on the listing's policy and the timing of your request. See our Refund policy and Checkout policy for how refunds and partial credits are typically handled. Providers may offer stricter or more flexible rules on the listing what you see at checkout applies to your trip.
Traveler responsibilities
- Arrive on time and meet any health, age, or equipment requirements stated in the listing.
- Follow local laws and the provider's reasonable safety instructions.
- Treat hosts, staff, and other guests respectfully.
Provider responsibilities
- Deliver the service as described or offer a fair alternative if circumstances require a change.
- Maintain required licenses or permits where applicable and operate safely.
- Respond to messages and booking updates in a timely manner.
Payments
TRVBLE or its payment partners may collect payment on behalf of providers. Payout timing and holds follow our internal rules and any agreements with providers. Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in booking cancellation or account review.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRVBLE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the marketplace. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service (excluding gross negligence or willful misconduct) is limited to the fees TRVBLE earned from the booking directly giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD), whichever is greaterāunless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
Disputes
Users should first try to resolve issues directly with the other party and with TRVBLE support. For formal disputes, the forum and rules (including arbitration, where allowed) will be set out in a jurisdiction-specific addendum when TRVBLE publishes one; until then, good-faith negotiation and applicable courts of competent jurisdiction apply.
Updates
We may update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms for new bookings. Existing confirmed bookings remain governed by the terms that applied at confirmation where required by law.
