Checkout policy

What to expect when you complete checkout on TRVBLE—pricing breakdown, confirmation, and payment timing in plain language.

What checkout covers

At checkout you will see the experience or package you selected, dates and guest counts, taxes and fees where applicable, and the cancellation tier that applies to your booking. By completing payment, you agree to that tier and to our Terms and conditions.

Price display

  • Base price: set by the provider for the option you chose (room type, party size, add-ons).
  • Taxes & fees: may include applicable sales or lodging taxes and TRVBLE service fees where required to be shown separately.
  • Currency: charges are in the currency shown at checkout unless we clearly indicate conversion for your region.

Payment authorization

We may place an authorization hold on your card before final confirmation, especially for dates far in the future. You are only charged when the booking is confirmed according to the flow shown on screen (immediate confirmation vs. request-to-book, if offered).

Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation with reference ID, key times, meeting point or address when applicable, and a link to message the provider. Keep this email or use your TRVBLE inbox for day-of coordination.

Installments & deposits (if enabled)

Some listings may allow a deposit with balance due later. In those cases, the schedule and defaults are shown before you pay. Missing a scheduled payment may cancel the booking per the listing rules.

Promotional codes

Codes must be entered at checkout where supported. They cannot usually be applied after payment. Stacking rules depend on the campaign.

Errors

If a technical error double-charges you or shows an impossible price, contact support we will correct charges that did not match the confirmed offer.

Refunds & changes after checkout

Cancellation and refund outcomes follow the policy you agreed to at payment. Full details: Refund policy. Changes to dates or headcount may require provider approval and price adjustments.
