General principle
Refunds and credits depend on (1) when you cancel relative to the experience start time, (2) the cancellation policy shown on the listing at checkout, and (3) whether the provider or TRVBLE must cancel for cause (for example, force majeure or safety).
Traveler-initiated cancellation
- Flexible / generous windows: If you cancel early enough under the listing's rules, you typically receive a full or partial refund to the original payment method. Processing can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Inside the penalty window: You may receive a partial refund, credit, or no refund, exactly as stated at checkout.
- No-show: If you do not attend and do not cancel in line with the policy, refunds are usually not available.
Provider-initiated cancellation
If the provider cancels, you should receive a full refund unless they offer an alternative that you accept (same value, comparable date). TRVBLE may also issue account credit at our discretion for disruption.
TRVBLE or platform cancellation
If we cancel a booking because the listing violated policies, fraud was detected, or the experience cannot be delivered safely, we will refund eligible amounts to the original payment method or provide credit, and we will communicate the reason when we can.
Not as described / major issues
If the delivered experience materially differs from what was booked and you report within 48 hours of the scheduled end time (or as instructed in your confirmation), our support team may offer partial or full refunds or credits after review. Photographs, receipts, and message history on TRVBLE help us decide fairly.
Currency & fees
Refunds are generally processed in the currency charged at checkout. Foreign exchange differences and non-refundable third-party fees (for example, certain card fees) may still apply as permitted by law and your bank.
Chargebacks
Starting a card chargeback does not guarantee an outcome. We will share booking evidence with payment partners. Abuse of chargebacks may affect account standing.
